Each institution can send a maximum of five teams. Teams will be allocated spots on a first-come first-serve basis. Debaters aged 12-19 are welcome to participate and must be current students at the institution that they are representing. The registration deadline is the 1st January 2018. A registration fee of $25 SGD per person is payable by cash on the day of the competition.
